Emergency Network Los Angeles

Emergency Network Los Angeles (ENLA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving as the Los Angeles County Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (VOAD). ENLA brings together nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and government agencies to strengthen preparedness, coordinate response, and enhance recovery after disasters. Through partnerships and education, ENLA helps build resilient communities capable of responding compassionately and effectively when emergencies strike.
