The D’Andre D Lampkin Foundation is a non-profit organization that aims to promote community development through mentoring, education, and civic engagement. By now, you have probably seen several emails and posts on social media from other nonprofits asking for your contribution. But I would like to share with you why the Lampkin Foundation is different:

100% of donations are used to support our programs and initiatives.
NONE of your contributions go to the staff and board members. The Lampkin Foundation is comprised of an all-volunteer Board.
The Lampkin Foundation was recently recognized by the State of California Controllers Office, United States Congress, and City of Ontario for its efforts to address health, education, and community wellness issues.
The Lampkin Foundation has earned Guidestar’s Platinum Seal of Transparency (The Highest Level of Recognition Offered by GuideStar) for accurately demonstrating and measuring our progress and results.
We are a verifiable State and Federal tax-exempt organization (501(c)(3)), which means your contributions are tax-deductible and monitored.

Our goal for 2023 is to expand our food pantry capacity through our DNA Initiative, make significant contributions to long-term disaster recovery efforts and help communities rebuild following disasters through our Disaster Relief Effort, develop a fully supported classroom and community workspace, and ensure access to higher education for students who are global thinkers through our Social Good Scholarship Fund.

Reciepts are issued automatically via email. As a courtesy, Annual Donor Reports listing all of your contributions throughout the year are sent to you prior to the annual tax filing period. The Lampkin Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization operating programs throughout California that have a significant impact in a wide range of issue areas, including education, economic development, civic engagement, health and wellness, and providing healthy alternatives for under-served communities.

I was honored to be invited for a weekend trip where I was able to spend some time with D’ Andre. I learned about his own journey and I went to visit the foundation office. I also learned about all of the wonderful work that the organization has accomplished. I really enjoyed getting to know the people behind the scenes and hearing their stories of how they work together to accomplish their goals and what inspires them to do the work.

The vibe is infectious and inspiring at the D”Andre Lampkin foundation! Everyone I met had a personal story and connection to Mr. Lampkin that echoed a common thread of leveling up in all ways. I also learned how they have collaborated to accomplish their goals and how they work brining the community together to be a real force of change.

You really get a sense that this is an environment where people thrive and that is precious and rare but it just shows you that it is possible because these guys do it so well.
