The D’Andre D. Lampkin Foundation is stepping up to help recruit volunteers for “1 Morning in Ontario”—the 2026 Point-in-Time Count that helps our community better understand homelessness and bring resources to the people who need them most.
Join the City of Ontario Housing Services Department for “1 Morning in Ontario”—a community-wide effort to count and survey our unhoused neighbors during the 2026 Point-in-Time Count (PITC). This data helps bring resources to people who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of becoming homeless.
Organizer
The City of Ontario’s Housing Services Department is dedicated to empowering the community to achieve safe, stable, and affordable housing for all. The department supports residents through housing programs and resources, including affordable housing guidance, housing development assistance, and federal grant programs such as CDBG, HOME, and ESG that fund community activities and housing initiatives for low- and moderate-income households.
Housing Services also provides navigation services for homeless households and individuals at risk of homelessness—connecting people to resources and pathways toward stability. Through coordinated programs and community partnerships, the department helps strengthen neighborhoods and expand housing opportunity in Ontario.

The Anthony Muñoz Community Center is a City of Ontario Community Life & Culture facility located at 1240 W. Fourth Street, Ontario, CA 91762.
It features a large north-facing multi-purpose room with views of the San Gabriel Mountains, a modern kitchen, activity room, Tot Room and tot playground, a youth playground (ages 5–12), a 6-lane swimming pool with large pool deck, plus a paved courtyard and mountain-view terrace—making it a flexible venue for community programs and gatherings.
