Before you begin, please make sure you have access to the following items:
- URL link to your video submission
- Cumulative GPA (Weighted)
- List of your current High School / Community College Courses
- List of your in-school extra-curricular activities
- List your out-of-school extra-curricular activities
- Highest single-sitting SAT score
- Highest single-sitting ACT score
- Two non-family references (names, phone, email)
- Most recent High School transcripts (will be uploaded to this application)
- A brief biography and recent photo of yourself participating in a project that promotes social good (will be uploaded to this application together)
