In this no-cost, live Zoom session, United Policyholders (UP) experts will walk property owners through the mechanics of rebuilding after a wildfire—so you can make informed decisions, avoid costly mistakes, and move forward with more confidence.
This webinar will cover:
- Setting your rebuild budget and plan
- Rebuilding a resilient, insurable home that meets current codes
- Selecting and working with a builder you can trust
- How insurance payments and your mortgage company’s role fit into the rebuild process
- Construction quality control and what to watch for
- Avoiding scams, delays, and disputes during rebuilding
Panelists will answer pre-submitted questions from LA wildfire survivors, drawing on decades of experience helping homeowners navigate complex insurance and construction decisions after disasters.
