No More Locked Doors

No More Locked Doors is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by Michael Angel Monsivais, also known as “Chino Mike.” The organization empowers formerly incarcerated individuals and at-risk youth through mentorship, vocational training, transitional housing, and career placement in the building trades. By creating pathways to stable, living-wage employment, No More Locked Doors helps break cycles of incarceration and provides hope, purpose, and opportunity for those seeking a second chance.
