Remarks by D’Andre Lampkin on 10 Year Anniversary of Chaffey Entrepreneurship Program SharkTANK event

We are honored to host the 2024 Chaffey Entrepreneurs SharkTank Event. This event is about celebrating the achievements of our young student entrepreneurs, who have worked tirelessly throughout the school year to develop their ideas and turn them into reality. Tonight is about them, and it is a testament to their hard work, dedication, and entrepreneurial spirit.

I want to take a moment to thank Ms. Ceron Christie for her outstanding leadership over the past 10 years of the Chaffey Entrepreneur Program. Her dedication to the students and commitment to fostering creativity and innovation have truly made a difference in the lives of these young entrepreneurs. I also want to thank the team at the D’Andre D Lampkin Foundation for partnering with us to enhance the entrepreneur experience for our students. Without their support and dedication, events like this would not be possible.

Tonight is about showing up for our future. It is about investing in the next generation of leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs. It is about nurturing their ideas, supporting their dreams, and helping them succeed. By showing up tonight, you are showing your commitment to our future, and I thank you for that. Tonight is a momentous occasion where we come together to demonstrate our commitment to creating a brighter tomorrow for ourselves and future generations. In a world filled with division and political chaos, it is more important than ever to stand united and strive for a future built on cooperation, compassion, and progress.

The future we envision is one where all individuals are valued and empowered, where leadership is defined by integrity and dedication rather than power and manipulation. The Civic Action Center serves as a platform for organizing community events, workshops, and discussions focused on building trust and improving relationships between law enforcement and the community. We believe that by coming together and working collaboratively, we can address the root causes of social issues, improve public safety, and enhance the overall well-being of our community.
