Thanks for Being So Cool Saturday

The weather was HOT; but you were COOL about it. Last Saturday, 17 volunteers joined D’Andre Lampkin in Ontario, California for the Gardening for Healthier Communities event. We’re still tallying up the numbers but so far we discovered you were able to provide 13 families with a week worth of fresh organic produce in the 1 hour you spent harvesting in the garden.Supporters like you are completely transforming how families gain access to affordable fresh fruits and vegetables in urban communities; so I want to be first to say “thank you” for your hard work, donations, and commitment to a growing movement.

Creating a better world requires teamwork, partnerships, and collaboration, as we need an entire army of organizations and people to work together to build a better world within the next few decades.

But without your support and donations, social good activities such as this wouldn’t be possible. Our dream is to help as many people as we can by developing and participating in projects and initiatives that impact and benefit the largest number of people in a region in the largest way possible.
