The D’Andre D. Lampkin Foundation is stepping up to help recruit volunteers for “1 Morning in Ontario”—the 2026 Point-in-Time Count (PITC) taking place in the City of Ontario. This annual effort helps our community better understand homelessness and strengthens the ability to bring resources, services, and support to people who need them most.
Why this matters
The Point-in-Time Count is a federally required count conducted nationwide each January. The data collected is reported to HUD and helps inform how federal, state, and local funding is allocated to support homelessness services.
Event details
- Date: Thursday, January 22, 2026
- Check-in: 5:00 AM
