Today We Give Thanks

Today is the day we set aside to give thanks for our family and the many friends we have in our lives.

I tend to be thankful for everyone who made this Thanksgiving Holiday possible… Especially those who are working and making the holiday progress in ways that are unseen. My thanks extends from the law enforcement officer, soldier serving overseas, soup kitchen worker, to the grocery store cashier.

While we may think the holiday came together because we brought family and friends together, there are many out there doing their part without any chance of seeing their family and friends. Let us give thanks to them for serving the community in their capacity to insure we can serve ourselves in the dining room and kitchen.

Sacrifice is in abundance today and my thoughts are with them.
